Origins of Serenity ® is owned and operated by Dr. Rowena Ramnath who is a licensed clinical psychologist and certified holistic health coach. The mission of Origins of Serenity is to inspire people to get back to basics and find their inner peace through counseling, nutrition-wellness coaching, and healthy lifestyle recommendations.
Expertise
Dr. Ramnath received her doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Albizu University, Miami Campus, in 2004. Her clinical areas of expertise are compulsive behaviors, relationships, and personality.
Over the years Dr. Ramnath has served multiple roles as a therapist, administrator, published author, adjunct faculty, and business owner. In 2011 she became certified as a Holistic Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and infused wellness principles in her personal and professional life.
